The basics

These terms cover your use of dozeriq.com, reserving a price, and buying and taking the DozerIQ course. By reserving or buying, you agree to them. If you're buying for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

Reservations (presale)

• A reservation is not a purchase. It costs nothing, needs no card, and you can walk away at any time.
• When the course launches we email a checkout link at your reserved price. That price is honored for 30 days after we send the link.
• If the launch date moves, your reservation and reserved price stay valid until we launch.
• Student pricing requires a valid student email address (for example, a .edu address) at checkout. Teams pricing applies to 2–10 seats bought together. Enterprise (11+ seats) pricing is agreed separately.
• To cancel a reservation, email hello@dozeriq.com or simply don't use the checkout link.

Your license to the course

• Individual and Student: a personal, non-transferable license for one person to access the course.
• Teams and Enterprise: one license per seat. Each seat is for one named person; seats can be reassigned when someone leaves the company.
• Templates, prompts, and worksheets from the course are yours to use on your own and your employer's projects. Please don't resell, republish, or share course videos or materials outside the people who hold seats.
• We may update and improve course content over time. Paid access includes those updates.

Certificate of completion

Completing the course and its assessment earns a DozerIQ certificate of completion. We issue it based on course completion; we may revoke a certificate obtained by sharing an account or misrepresenting who completed the work.

Using AI on real work

The course teaches how to use third-party AI tools on construction work. AI output can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you rely on it, and for following your company's policies on what project data may go into those tools. Nothing in the course is engineering, legal, or financial advice.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other product names are trademarks of their owners. DozerIQ is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Those tools have their own terms and pricing, which you're responsible for.

Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our course platform and its payment processor; applicable taxes may be added. Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee; see the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or course: no attempts to break in, scrape course content, overload our systems, or submit forms with someone else's details. We may suspend access for misuse, and we'll refund any unused, prorated portion where that's fair.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and course are provided "as is". We work hard to make the course accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee any particular result, time saving, or outcome on your projects. To the fullest extent the law allows, DozerIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and contact
