Refund Policy

The short version

If the course isn't for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hard feelings.

Reservations

Reserving a price costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. You can cancel a reservation any time by emailing us or by not using the checkout link.

How refunds work

• Individual and Student: full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Teams: within 30 days of purchase, we refund any seat that hasn't been used. If the whole team decides it isn't a fit, we refund the whole order.
• Enterprise: as set out in your agreement with us.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days once we process them. Course access and any certificate for a refunded seat end when the refund goes through.

How to ask

Email hello@dozeriq.com from the address you bought with, saying which purchase you'd like refunded. That's it.
