Who we are

DozerIQ ("we", "us") runs dozeriq.com and teaches construction professionals to use AI tools on real project work. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@dozeriq.com.

What we collect

• Reservations. When you reserve a price, we collect your email address and the plan you picked (Student, Individual, or Teams). That is all the form asks for.
• Enterprise inquiries. If you ask about 11+ seats, we collect your name, work email, company, team size, role, and anything you write in the message.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and follow up.
• Course purchases (at launch). Checkout, payment, and course access are handled by our course platform and its payment processor. We receive your name, email, what you bought, and your course progress. We never see or store your full card number.
• Business contact information. For outreach to construction firms, we may use professional contact details (name, title, company, work email) from business-data providers. You can opt out of that outreach at any time (see "Your choices").

How we use it

• To hold your reserved price and email you a checkout link when the course launches.
• To answer inquiries, schedule calls, and set up team or enterprise access.
• To send course-related updates: launch timing, what's in the course, and occasional previews. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
• To deliver the course and issue your certificate of completion.
• To keep the site secure and stop automated spam on our forms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the business, each limited to its job:

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site, processes form submissions, and stores reservation records.
• Resend sends our transactional emails (confirmations, checkout links).
• Google Workspace hosts our email inboxes.
• Plausible Analytics counts page visits without cookies (see "Analytics").
• Our course platform and its payment processor handle checkout, payment, and course delivery at launch.
• Sales and email-outreach tools store business contact details and our email conversations with firms.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Analytics and cookies

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not track you across sites. It records aggregate figures like page views, referrers, and country.

Our site itself sets no tracking cookies. Our course platform may use cookies to keep you signed in once you enroll; its own policy covers those.

How long we keep it

• Reservations: until launch and up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Inquiries and email conversations: as long as needed to deal with them, then up to 3 years.
• Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years).

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, or by replying "unsubscribe".
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@dozeriq.com. We respond within 30 days.
• California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Reservation records are stored encrypted in AWS, and access is limited to the people who run DozerIQ. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

DozerIQ is for working professionals and students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
